Blue and Gold Banquets are a tradition in Cub Scout packs. They celebrate the anniversary of the founding of Scouting America on February 8, 1910. During our pack’s banquet, we also celebrate our fifth graders with the Arrow of Light ceremony as they cross over to a troop.
